On November 15, 2011, Center Financial Corporation announced that David Z. Hong, a founding director of Center Financial Corporation and Center Bank, passed away unexpectedly on November 14, 2011. A copy of the press release announcing the passing of Mr. Hong is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
