On November 15, 2011, Sparton Corporation announced that Charles R. Kummeth has been appointed a member of the Sparton Board of Directors, effective November 11, 2011. With the appointment of Mr. Kummeth, the Sparton Board consists of seven directors.
A copy of the press release relating to Mr. Kummeth’s appointment as director is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
