Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On October 27, 2011, the Registrant issued a press release reporting the initial 2011 drilling results from the Company's 100% owned Bear Lodge project in northeastern Wyoming. The release provided rare-earth-element (REE) assay results from 21 drill holes drilled in the Bull Hill, Whitetail Ridge, and East Taylor resource areas.
A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
