Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 14, 2011, Yayi International Inc., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2011. A copy of the press release is hereby furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
