On November 14, 2011, Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release entitled “Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. Announces 2012 Preliminary Capital Budget; Provides 2012 Production Guidance; Updates Estimated Reserves Quantities,” which provided updated guidance with respect to the Company’s operations, production and capital expenditure budget. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
