Item 2.02 Third Quarter Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 10, 2011, Cosi, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its earnings for the third quarter ended September 26, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
