Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Agreements of Certain Officers.
Effective as of November 9, 2011, Paul Edgerley and Michael Goss resigned as members of the board of directors of China Fire & Security Group, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”).
As of November 9, 2011, Weigang Li, Brian Lin, Brian Murphy, Lihong Wang and Jonathan Zhu are appointed as members of the board of directors of the Company.
