Other Events.
On November 9, 2011, AmeriServ Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors approved a stock repurchase program which calls for the Company to buyback up to 5% or approximately 1,060,000 shares of its common stock outstanding. The buyback program is announced in a press release which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
