Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 7, 2011, Carmike Cinemas, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2011. The press release contains information about the Company’s financial condition at September 30, 2011 and results of operations for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein in its entirety.
