Effective October 31, 2011, Clint Everton resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Everton’s resignation is not in connection with any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to our operations, policies, or practices. Mr. Everton was a member of the audit and nominating committees.
