(the “Company”) intends to distribute and make available to investors, and to post on its web site, a written presentation regarding its business model and its financial performance for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2011. The presentation is also furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. | ||
| On November 2, 2011, the Company intends to distribute and make available to investors, beginning with those investors attending the 2011 Stifel Nicolaus Bank Conference in New York City, a written presentation regarding its competitive position as a multi-family lender and as an aggregator of one-to-four family mortgage loans for sale.
