Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 1, 2011, BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. issued a press release regarding its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2011, which referred to certain supplemental information that is available on BioMed’s website at www.biomedrealty.com.
