Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 1, 2011, WebXU, Inc. (“Company”) submitted a letter to shareholders to provide certain information about recent Company developments and plans for the fiscal year. A copy of the letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
