In connection with the Quarterly Report of Penn Virginia Resource Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2011, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof (the “Report”), I, Robert B.
