On November 1, 2011, ManTech International Corporation announced its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2011, and provided earnings guidance for fiscal year 2011. ManTech also announced the declaration of a cash dividend payment to its stockholders. A dividend of $0.42 per share will be paid on December 8, 2011 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 16, 2011. The declaration of future dividend payments is subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. A copy of the November 1, 2011 release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
