Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 1, 2011, Health Management Associates, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its proposed revolving credit facility, term loans and $1 billion private placement of debt. The Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
