On October 27, 2011, Teledyne Technologies Incorporated issued a press release with respect to its financial results for the third quarter of 2011. That press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference. On October 27, 2011, Teledyne Technologies Incorporated issued a press release announcing the authorization by its Board of Directors on October 25, 2011, of a stock repurchase program. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference.
