Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 26, 2011, the Company issued a press release announcing its earnings for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2011. The earnings release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report. On October 26, 2011, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.0625 per share payable on December 2, 2011 to stockholders of record as of November 22, 2011.
