Regency Energy Partners Increases Cash Distribution to 45.5 Cents
Per Outstanding Common Unit

DALLAS, October 25, 2011 – Regency Energy Partners LP (NYSE: RGP), (“Regency” or the “Partnership”), announced today a cash distribution of 45.5 cents per outstanding common unit for the third quarter ended September 30, 2011. The distribution will be paid on November 14, 2011, to unitholders of record at the close of business on November 7, 2011.  This distribution is equivalent to $1.82 per outstanding common unit on an annual basis.

Under the terms of the Series A Preferred Units, a quarterly cash distribution of 44.5 cents per unit for the third quarter ended September 30, 2011, will be paid on the same schedule as set forth above.
 
Regency will hold a quarterly conference call to discuss its third-quarter 2011 results on Thursday, November 3, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time).
