On October 20, 2011, the Board of Directors of Oconee Federal Financial Corp. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of November 3, 2011, and will be paid on November 17, 2011.
