Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
Earnings Release. On October 18, 2011, Mercantile Bank Corporation issued a press release announcing earnings and other financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated here by reference.
