Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On October 11, 2011, the board of directors appointed Mr. Marcel Scherger to act as a member of our board of directors.
Mr. Marcel Scherger has owned and managed a residential real estate portfolio for 27 years supplying Barrier Free Housing for special needs individuals for the majority of this period. He has engaged in extensive various business ventures including raising funding for our Company during its non revenue development stage. He is an avid volunteer and has been on committees for the Handicap Housing Society and Special Needs Programs as well as Landlord & Tenancy Act of Alberta.
There are no family relationships between Mr. Scherger and any of our directors or executive officers.
Mr. Scherger has not had any material direct or indirect interest in any of our transactions or proposed transactions over the last two years. At this time, we do not have any employment agreement with Mr. Scherger.
