On October 6, 2011, Neogen Corporation (the “Company”) held its 2011 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, at which meeting 21,566,366 of the 23,315,559 shares outstanding and entitled to vote were present and voted. The matters listed below were submitted to a vote of the shareholders though the solicitation of proxies.
