| Item 1.01 | Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement |
Senior Credit Facility. On October 7, 2011, MISCOR Group, Ltd. (“MISCOR”) has entered into an agreement to extend the term of its credit facility, with Wells Fargo, until October 31, 2011. There are no changes to the terms of the credit facility, based on this extension.
MISCOR and Wells Fargo continue to work through the terms of a possible extension of the credit facilities provided under the current credit agreement but have not reached agreement on these terms.

10.1 Short-term extension of credit facilities under Credit and Security Agreement, dated October 7, 2011, by and among MISCOR Group, Ltd., Magnetech Industrial Services, Inc., and HK Engine Components, LLC as Borrowers and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Lender.
