(b) On October 4, 2011, Mr. Gary Donahee resigned from the Board of Directors of Alaska Communications Systems Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and from all committees of which he was a member. There are no disagreements with Mr. Donahee on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices.
