On October 4, 2011, Monarch Casino & Resort, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has entered into an option to purchase 1.5 acres of developable land contiguous to the Riviera Black Hawk casino from the Black Hawk-Central City Sanitation District.
A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
