Peoples Financial Services Corp. (PFIS) Declares Third Quarter Dividend
On October 3, 2011, the Board of Directors of Peoples Financial Services Corp (PFIS), parent company of Peoples Neighborhood Bank, Hallstead, PA, declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.20 per share. The dividend is payable on November 15, 2011 to shareholders of record as of October 31, 2011.
Peoples Neighborhood Bank, an independent community bank, operates eight offices in Susquehanna, Wyoming and Lackawanna Counties in Pennsylvania, as well as three offices in Broome County, New York.
