On September 30, 2011, Worthington Industries, Inc. (“Worthington Industries”) announced that its Pressure Cylinders business segment acquired the assets of STAKO, a leading European producer of automotive liquefied propane gas (LPG) tanks, located in Slupsk, Poland.
