On September 28, 2011, Fushi Copperweld, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has submitted an offer to the receivers of Leif Business Holdings Belgium of the Commercial Court of Liege in Belgium for a proposed three-year lease with option to purchase of a facility in Belgium that will enable to Company to establish an operational hub in continental Europe.
A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
