On September 27, 2011, The Men’s Wearhouse, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release
announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on the
Company’s common stock, payable on December 23, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of
business on December 13, 2011.
