Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
(d)   Parker Drilling Company (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K on May 11, 2011 (the “Original Report”) to report the final results for each of the matters submitted to a vote of stockholders at its 2011 Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on May 5, 2011 (the “Annual Meeting”).
