Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the Company’s press release, dated September 23, 2011. The press release reaffirms the Company’s guidance for fiscal 2011 and provides the Company's plans to release its fiscal 2011 fourth quarter and year end financial results on Wednesday, October 5th, after the market closes.
