On September 21, 2011, Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. (the Company) issued a press
release announcing that Thomas Heneghan, ELS President and Chief Executive Officer, will
participate in the A Residential Debate: Rent vs. Own discussion panel at the BMO North American
Real Estate Conference on Thursday, September 22, 2011 at 1:45p.m. Central time.
The live panel discussion will be webcast at
http://www.bmocm.com/conferences/NARealEstate2011/webcast/default.aspx. This will be a
listen only broadcast. An archive of the webcast will be available for a period of six months
after the conference.
