On September 20, 2011, Gregory E. Hyland, president, chairman and chief executive officer of Mueller Water Products, Inc. (the “Company”) is scheduled to attend and present at the D.A. Davidson 10th Annual Engineering and Construction Conference. The conference is scheduled to take place in San Francisco.
On September 21, 2011, Evan L. Hart, vice president and chief financial officer of the Company is scheduled to attend and present at the RBC Capital Markets Global Industrials Conference. The conference is scheduled to take place in Las Vegas.
A copy of the form of presentation that will be used by Mr. Hyland and Mr. Hart at these conferences is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The presentations will be accessible online through the Investors section of the Company’s website located at www.muellerwaterproducts.com.
