(b) Effective September 20, 2011, Eric Tom has been appointed Executive Vice President, North America Sales and Global Services of International Game Technology (the "Company") and is no longer serving as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. In his new role, Mr. Tom will report to Eric A. Berg, President, and will have
responsibility for sales in the United States and Canada and the Company’s global services organization.
