Item 8.01. Other Events.
On September 19, 2011, we issued a press release announcing that our Security division, Rapiscan Systems, had received an order valued at approximately $98 million from the U.S. Army for a range of surveillance and screening equipment for Entry Control Point Non-Intrusive Inspection requirements. Rapiscan will serve as the prime contractor and a hardware systems integrator to help fulfill the U.S. Army’s global security needs. The order stems from a recently awarded three-year, $248 million Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract from the U.S. Army. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
