On September 16, 2011, World Fuel Services Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Paul H. Stebbins, the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, has entered into a pre-arranged, non-discretionary stock trading plan pursuant to Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.  

A copy of the press release regarding the stock trading plan is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
