On September 14, 2011, Jacksonville Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued an Interim Report to Shareholders providing an overview of the Company’s financial results for the six-month period ended June 30, 2011. A copy of the Interim Report to Shareholders is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
