     Representatives of PAA intend to make a presentation at the Raymond James Annual European Investors North American Equities Conference to be held in London, United Kingdom on September 13, 2011. Such presentation will give an overview of PAA, including a review of the Partnership’s business model, capital projects, financial and strategic positioning and related matters. On the morning of September 13, 2011, the prepared presentation materials will be made available for viewing on the Partnership’s website at www.PAALP.com .
