Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 7, 2011, Sagebrush Gold Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it entered into a binding letter of intent with Liberty Star Uranium and Metals Corp. for the purpose of forming a joint venture agreement. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
