Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On September 7, 2011, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it has completed a bench-scale metallurgical test program on rare-earth mineralized vein material from the Bull Hill deposit at the Bear Lodge project in Wyoming. The test program resulted in the development of a process flow chart that will become the basis for a pilot plant operation and a prefeasibility study.
A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
