OTHER EVENTS
On August 10, 2011, the British Columbia Securities Commission (“BCSC”) issued a Cease Trade Order (“CTO”) against Digagogo Ventures Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), prohibiting the trading of the Company’s securities in British Columbia. Pursuant to the CTO, the Executive Director of BCSC ordered that trading in the Company’s securities shall cease in British Columbia until the Company files the required records completed in accordance with the Act and until the Executive Director issues an order revoking the CTO.
