Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 31, 2011, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago (the “Bank”) announced a reorganization involving the combination of our Banking and Advance Products Group and Financial Markets Group. As part of the reorganization, Sanjay Bhasin will lead the newly formed Members and Markets Group. Chad Brandt, one of the Bank's “named executive officers” in its 2010 Form 10-K Report, stepped down as Executive Vice President and Group Head of the Banking and Advance Products and will continue his employment with the Bank in a non-executive advisory position.
