Party A (the Supplier): Shandong Xiangrui
Party B (the Purchaser): Shandong Xinrui Chemical Devices Co., Ltd.

Pursuant to the agreement, Shandong Xiangrui suppliers steam to Shandong Xinrui Chemical Devices Co., Ltd.

The price shall be RMB 113 per ton.
