On August 29, 2011, the registrant issued a press release announcing its

Transportation Conference on Thursday, September 8, 2011; Morgan Keegan
Industrial and Transportation Conference on Tuesday, September 13, 2011;
and RBC Capital Markets 2011 Global Industrials Conference on Tuesday,
September 20, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit
99.1 to this Form 8-K.

conference will be publicly available on the respective conference date on
the registrant's internet website: www.werner.com, under the "Investors"
