MedPro Safety Products, Inc. held its annual meeting of stockholders on Tuesday, August 23, 2011. The sole matter voted upon was the election of directors. Each of the Company’s seven incumbent directors was re-elected for a one-year term ending at the 2012 annual meeting of shareholders.
