Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
     On August 23, 2011, Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated announced that Graham S. Watson, Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Global Mortality Products, expressed his intention to retire from his position effective in January 2012 and relinquished his role as Head of Global Mortality Products. Related to this announcement, Alain Néemeh has assumed the role of Head of Global Mortality Products, effective immediately, and will also continue in his current roles as President and Chief Executive Officer of RGA Life Reinsurance Company of Canada, and Executive Vice President, Global Pricing Integrity.
