(b) Effective August 19, 2011, Robert Abramson assumed the leadership responsibilities at Bliss & Glennon, the brokerage subsidiary of Fortegra Financial Corporation. Mr. Abramson succeeds Daniel A. Reppert, who served as President of Bliss & Glennon and Executive Vice President of Fortegra until his resignation on August 19, 2011.
