Item 7.01 Regulation FC Disclosure.
On August 22, 2011, the Company announced a sample order from an international customer to supply a chamber which is a key component for Sapphire Growth System used in the manufacture of LED general lighting applications. A copy of the Company’s August 22, 2011 press release is included as Exhibit 99.1.
