Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Transocean Ltd. (the “Company”) announced that Ihab Toma is Executive Vice President, Operations, effective immediately, and has assumed the function of principal operating officer of the Company. Mr. Toma is responsible for Global Business and Asset Performance. Mr. Arnaud Bobillier is Executive Vice President, Operations Integrity, effective immediately, and Mr. Ricardo Rosa is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
